  • Whats the difference between LBB and the Hip Program/FAA Program?

    Lower Body Basics is just that - a program that covers the entire lower body. Whereas the Hip program is more specific and targets those areas. Similar to the Foot Ankle & Achilles Program - which targets those specific areas of the foot.

  • What if I’m already in rehab or receiving treatment?

    You can absolutely use this programme alongside your current rehab. In fact, you can even use it as a replacement. We walk you through the exact step-by-step process we use with our hip clients - a process through which we have gotten tangible results. If there are specific rehab exercises that are working for you, feel free to include them, and you’ll be getting the best of both worlds.

  • I’ve tried everything, but nothing has worked. Will this program help me?

    Yes. This programme is built to complement your existing training. Whether you're lifting, running, or training for your sport, it’ll only enhance what you're already doing. You can also combine it easily with any of our other training programmes.

  • Do I need any equipment?

    Most of the programme is bodyweight-based, especially in the early phases. In Phase 3, we introduce some optional equipment like dumbbells or a trap bar. That said, it’s easy to make simple adjustments if you’re training from home or without access to a gym. We’ve got you!

  • Are the programs beginner-friendly?

    Absolutely. We guide you through every step. Everything from the right form, technique, and progression is clearly demonstrated. It’s easy to follow, even if you’re just starting out. We’ve kept it clear and effective. No BS.

  • Is there plyometric training in this program?

    Yes, there are plyometrics in the Hip Program and the Foot, Ankle & Achilles Program. But we don’t jump straight in. We first build the strength and control you’ll need to do these exercises safely and effectively. Once you're ready, the programme introduces hip-specific plyometric exercises to enhance your ability to move dynamically.

  • How much time do I need to commit?

    Roughly 25 minutes, 3 times a week. That’s it. You don’t need hours in the gym. You just need the right plan.
