Welcome to David Grey Rehab ("the Site"). By using this website and the services provided through it, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About UsDavid Grey Rehab provides access to physical therapy consultations, educational content, and digital resources related to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance. The Site is operated by David Grey Rehab and is offered to you conditional on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

6. Payment TermsPayment for all services is due upon booking. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing a valid payment method. All fees are billed in EURO to the account or card designated at booking. Prices are subject to change and will be reflected on our booking page: davidgreyrehab.setmore.com.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be refunded. Any such refunds are at the sole discretion of David Grey Rehab.

• No-shows (i.e., failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice) are non-refundable, and the appointment fee will not be carried over.

David Grey Rehab enforces this policy to respect the time of our coaches and allow clients from our waiting list to take available slots. Reminder notifications are sent to all clients prior to appointments to help prevent late cancellations and no-shows.

8. Product Pricing & DescriptionsWe do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All pricing is in EURO.

9. Accuracy and Timeliness of InformationInformation on this site is provided for general informational purposes only and may not be current or complete. We may update or modify the content at any time without notice.

19. Governing LawThese terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
