  • Do I need this even if I am already in rehab?

    Yes! These programs together are probably much better than the rehab you are currently doing because they will help you now but also in the future. You can also mix and match and add exercises that you find helpful to your routine. You will get the best of both worlds.

  • Does this involve plyometric training?

    Some programs like the Foot, Ankle, and Achilles programs do have plyometric workouts. They are introduced in the final phase after you have built strength and mobility.

  • Can I do other training while also doing programs from the bundle?

    Yes. These exercises, progressions, and movements can be used to supplement your current training. You can also combine these movements with other exercises that you like.

  • Do I need to have a lot of time to complete these programs?
